However, please allow up to 24 hours for your order to be processed.<strong>2)<\/strong> Contractors Depor Industrial typically ships out orders within one business day after they have been placed (this excludes weekends &amp; public holidays). We try our best to dispatch all orders the same day if they are paid for before 10:00am (weekdays). However, please note that this is a BEST EFFORT service.<strong>3)<\/strong>\u00a0We ship countrywide, to your door.\n<p>We use a COURIER SERVICE; we do not use the post office.<\/p>\n<p><strong>4)<\/strong>\u00a0In terms of\u00a0<strong>delivery charges, Contra ctors Depor<\/strong>\u00a0Industrial uses a <strong>fixed-rate delivery model<\/strong>, with an optional surcharge for bulky or oversized items. Delivery charges are determined by the delivery area and the order value. The delivery rates below are effective from\u00a0<strong>05 June 2026<\/strong>\u00a0and may be amended from time to time without prior notice:<\/p>\n<p><strong>5) *<\/strong>\u00a0Supported Areas:<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Surrounding Johannesburg Areas<br \/>\n<\/u><\/strong>&#8211; Orders of R1,000 or more qualify for FREE delivery (T&#8217;s &amp; C&#8217;s Apply).<br \/>\n&#8211; Orders of\u00a0<strong>less than R1,000<\/strong>\u00a0will incur a\u00a0<strong>flat-rate delivery charge of R120<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Outlying Areas<br \/>\n<\/u><\/strong>&#8211; Orders of R2,000 or more qualify for FREE delivery (T&#8217;s &amp; C&#8217;s Apply).<br \/>\n&#8211; Orders of\u00a0<strong>less than R2,000<\/strong>\u00a0will incur a\u00a0<strong>flat-rate delivery charge of R200<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Large Bulky Items:<\/strong>\u00a0These\u00a0<em>MAY\u00a0<\/em>incur a surcharge based on the volumetric weight of the parcel. The applicable free delivery amount will be deducted, and the remaining balance will be for the client&#8217;s account. While calculations are automated, errors may occur. Contractors Depot reserves the right to rectify any pricing errors, issue credits where appropriate, or cancel the sale.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Note:<\/strong> Contractors Depot charges shipping and handling fees for every shipment unless a special promotion or contract term provides otherwise. These costs include carrier freight charges, packaging, and handling.<\/p>\n<p>You will receive a shipping confirmation email (with a tracking number) as soon as your order has been processed and shipped.<\/p>\n<p>Delivery times are estimates only, and Contractors Depot shall not be liable for delays caused by the courier company.<\/p>\n<p><strong>PLEASE NOTE:<\/strong>\u00a0We cannot ship to certain townships, farms, plots, or extreme outlying areas.<\/p>\n<p>Payment is due before shipment unless credit terms have been arranged in advance. No item will be shipped until proof of payment has been emailed to\u00a0<a id=\"OWA015c6299-26d2-0e8b-c8e4-00046abf0b52\" class=\"x_OWAAutoLink\" title=\"mailto:onlineorders@robotindustrial.co.za\" href=\"mailto:info@contractorsdepot.co.za\" data-linkindex=\"0\">info@contractorsdepot.co.za<\/a>\u00a0and the funds have been cleared by our bank.<\/p>\n<p>We allow a maximum of 3 days to complete payment for an order.
