Returns, Refunds & Warranty Policy (RMA)<\/strong>
\nAt Contractors Depot, we strive to ensure complete customer satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not satisfied with a product, you may request a return, refund, replacement, or repair, subject to the terms below.<\/p>\n

\nReturn requests must be logged within\u00a02 days of receiving your order<\/strong>
\nThe return process must be initiated within\u00a04 days of delivery<\/strong><\/p>\n

How to Request a Return<\/strong>
\nAll return requests must be submitted via your account using the Returns Manager.

2. Refunds & Exchanges<\/strong>

Restocking Fee<\/strong>

3. Special Orders & Bulk Purchases<\/strong>

5. Faulty Items<\/strong>

\nIf the item is found to be\u00a0in working condition<\/strong>, a collection fee will apply: Standard fee for items shipped with free delivery
\nEquivalent shipping cost for items with delivery charges<\/p>\n

6. Shipping & Collection Fees<\/strong>
\nCustomers are responsible for return shipping costs, except: If the item is faulty\u00a0and reported within 3 months of purchase<\/strong>
\nIn such cases, Contractors Depot may cover return shipping (terms apply).
\nCollection fees may apply for: Incorrect orders

\nReturns may require inspection and supplier evaluation (up to\u00a015 working days<\/strong>)
