3. Special Orders & Bulk Purchases
Products specifically ordered on your behalf (including non-stock or bulk items) may:

4. Warranty Policy

Typical Warranty Coverage
Power Tools: Usually 12-month warranty (unless otherwise stated)

5. Faulty Items
All faulty items will be assessed before approval of any claim
If the item is found to be in working condition, a collection fee will apply: Standard fee for items shipped with free delivery
Equivalent shipping cost for items with delivery charges
6. Shipping & Collection Fees
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except: If the item is faulty and reported within 3 months of purchase
In such cases, Contractors Depot may cover return shipping (terms apply).
Collection fees may apply for: Incorrect orders
Change-of-mind returns
These fees will be deducted from your refund.
7. Refund Processing Time
Returns may require inspection and supplier evaluation (up to 15 working days)
Once approved, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days
